PVC Foam Sheet

PVC FREE FOAM SHEET is chemically foamed, rigid, light weight extruded sheet with fine & homogenous closed cell structure having a smooth matt surface finish on both sides.

1.Characteristics and applications:

(1)Light weight, Good Mechanical Performance, Easily cleaning, Easily fabrication, Outstanding printability, Durable Uniform, Fine & close cell structure, Good resistance to light & weathering, Excellent Chemical resistance, Low flammability&Rigidity, Hygienic, Self extinguishing, Rot proof, Non-toxic grades, Low water absorption.

(2)Painting/Printing/Fixing/Machining/Cutting/Sawing/Milling/Routing/Drilling/Welding/Joining/

Bending /forming/Perforation can be done on PVC FREE FOAM SHEET just as on the wood.

(3)PVC FREE FOAM SHEET are widely used in Advertising and exhibiting fields, such as signs, displays and hoardings, exhibition stands, interior designs, point of purchase/sale displays, directional signs,wall cladding, theatre and television scenery building, walls and partitions, ect.

2. Sizes: Standard sizes are 1000x2000mm, 1220x2440mm; but we can make non-standard size as per customers' requiremetns. The max width is 1.22m with no limitation on length.

3. Thickness:  2 to 17 mm.

4. Specific Gravity: Generally 0.48-0.6KG/M3.

5. Colors: Any color is available. 

6. Packaging: Polybag as inner package.

7. Notes: Embossed, engraved or milled according to customers' requests.

8. MOQ: 2  tons/color.
